Lensboo Eyewear Return & Replacement Policy

At Lensboo, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Product Inspection at Delivery

  • All products must be checked in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
  • If you notice any damage, defect, or incorrect product, you can return it immediately by paying the delivery charge.
  • For orders paid online, refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive the returned product.
  • Lensboo is not responsible for any damage, defect, or issue found after the product has been accepted by the customer.

2. Prescription Lens Policy

  • If the eyewear has custom prescription lenses fitted, the lens price must still be paid by the customer if they decide to return the product during delivery.
  • In case of a replacement request, the lens cost will be excluded from the refund or price adjustment, and only the frame value will be considered.

3. Replacement Policy

  • If there is no issue at delivery and the customer later wishes to replace the product, they can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The replacement must be for another product of equal or higher value (price differences and delivery charges apply).

4. Conditions for Returns & Replacements

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds for online payments will be issued to the original payment method within 48 hours.
